Website information
This website describes potential cybersecurity services and provides general educational material. It does not provide a guarantee of security, compliance or any particular business result. Information should be considered in the context of your own systems and requirements.
Engagements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract. Scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, confidentiality and timeframes must be agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement before work starts. Indicative timeframes on this website are planning estimates.
Authorised activity
You must have authority over systems included in an engagement. Testing, scans and changes require an agreed written scope and permissions. This website does not authorise testing of SuaveX or third-party systems.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit malicious content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with availability. Use the security contact page to report an issue responsibly.
Content and external links
SuaveX content and branding may not be represented as your own. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Linked services operate under their own terms; their availability and content may change.
Service limits
No security service can eliminate all risk. SuaveX Defense includes monitoring and incident response coordination as agreed in the service contract. Response commitments and covered systems are defined in that agreement. Contractual liability and service commitments are addressed in the applicable written agreement; these website terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
